If there are no staff available to supervise staff #1, staff #1 may not work in a child-care position at the facility. .

Staff #1 works with kindergarten and is never alone. This staff has current first aid and cpr, however the card specified k-12 first aid and cpr. It was the director's assumption that since they are a kindergarten teacher in a facility that serves no infants or toddlers that this training would suffice.
