Neighbor concern due to repetitive screaming at the children (loud & mean). Passersby and neighbors have heard/witnessed several times, and over several years, especially in summer months when they spend time in the backyard and garage (yes, garage where they eat, play and have been seen napping in 90 degree weather). Woman has been reported a handful of times. USE ANYONE OTHER THAN HER! She's mean. The complete opposite of nurturing.
