Contracted with Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Center to provide staff and child mental wellness training at preservice in August 2024. 3. Reduce teacher/child ratio by lowering number of students in each classroom from 17 to 15, and adding additional teaching assistants to support children with disabilities and behavioral issues. 4. Contracted with Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Center to provide each staff with 3 virtual mental wellness sessions annually. 5. Hired mentor coach. 6. Provide staff who work over 6 hours two 15 minute breaks daily. 7. Provide 2 additional paid mental wellness days. |
