My 4 yr old daughter has been going there almost a year now. I'll tell you what I like about the facility to start. It's large and well kept inside and out. Her classroom is visually appealing and has bathrooms inside so she doesn't have to go far. They serve breakfast, lunch, and a snack which really helps me out. Their food service worker makes their plates and brings it to them. She has made plenty of friends and enjoys herself there.
On the other hand, some of the staff are rough around the edges. They don't really exercise customer service on the phone- it's like calling your next door neighbor. Their policies on late fees are loosely applied- which can be a help if you struggle to make ends meet. All of the staff with the exception of the administrative personnel didn't know how much the late fee was when asked (and I asked 3 different people). I went to go pay, once upon a time, and was told to come back because the lady didn't know how to write in the receipt book. It's the little things that make the difference to me.
All in all Deliverance Tabernacle is a nice place for my daughter to attend until she goes to kindergarten. It is a stepping stone until the next phase in our lives.
