Mrs.Eden is a nice person, at first. She was willing to open up her care for my girls when I was in desperate need of a sitter when my kids originally sitter moved away. We discussed rates and hours, and at first, everything went smoothly. I paid my kids fee on time on a bi-weekly basis with the assistance from NACCRRA for military families. Our agreement was, I paid her the full amount, and once she receive the payment from NACCRRA, she'll credit me the difference. My kids were in her care for 2 months. When I contacted her for my credit amount, she claims she never received it. It took her 3 MONTHS to give me my credit amount for July (and that was a partial month of care.) It is now December, and to date, she has not credit me for the month of August. I don't know what business she runs, but it seem like she's out for all your money, and if you get assistance from NACCRRA or any other program, she'll try to pocket ALL the money. I've tried to contact her many times, and it's gotten to the point where she is not answering her calls. I don't understand how you're running a business and that's your form of income, but you don't follow up with your pay when you "haven't received the payment." How shady is that?!?! She owes for over $600 for both my girls and not replying to my calls. So, if you're in need of care, be careful. Don't let her kindness fool you. Because I surely was fool. She tries to stand behind this religious thing, but what a scam she is! That could of been my kids Christmas money!
