I'm a former Neighbor who lived nextdoor. I've witnessed Debbi screaming at her day care kids for minor things such as not picking up sticks and stacking them "correctly". She gives preferential treatment to her young grandchildren over her other day care children. Very impatient. This has been going on for years.
