I have been several times to pick up my granddaughter nd was very displeased at the mannerism and professionalism. My granddaughter can be a handful sometimes I know but on more than one occassion, I have entered the daycare and no one was aware I was there. This is how I was able to hear Mrs Cynthia yelling at the children. My grandchild is 4 years old and she was sitting all alone in a walker fit for a nine month old or a baby that's not even walking yet.. Her nose was running over her top lip. When Mrs Cynthia seen me, she looked embarrassed. She begin to clean my grandchild's face and make excuses. There's simply not enough staff and sometimes she run errands and leave the children with her husband who's not attentive to the children's needs at all. I would not recommend this facility! She's been reported several times and warned by the California license commission. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have brought these things to her attention and was told she can't be stressing out over one parent complaint.
