Description: The philosophy of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s Child Care Education Program is that learning ensues when children are actively involved (both physically and cognitively) in experiences that are age appropriate, individually appropriate and culturally appropriate. The Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum is based on the needs, interests, and abilities of the children in all domains of development - social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
