I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Child abuse report filed with the state. They were starving my one year old. If you care about your child DO NOT take them here. State of Texas phone number 713-940-5200. After a long day where my child was in their care from 8 to 6 I picked her up and as soon as I put her in the car seat she started crying, as she had been doing since she started there every time I picked her up. Before leaving the parking lot I gave her a bottle and she drank it in minutes, which is strange for her. She is very petite and a slow eater. According to the daily report shedrank 3 bottles plus baby food but, the teacher inside had just told me she hadn't had any baby food in days. No one told me she was running low or didn't have any until I asked. I was upset but didn't realize the extent that they were starving her. When I unpacked her bottles at home I saw 2 full bottles. I WAS FLOORED!!! If I took in 3 bottles in the morning and they returned 2 full ones that meant that my one year old drank 1 8oz bottle in 10 hours! NO BABY FOOD AND ONLY 1 BOTTLE OF FORMULA IN 10 HOURS!!!!! I'm still so upset that I ever picked this place. There IS a reason as to why they are the cheapest in the area. They abuse the kids. STARVING A ONE YEAR OLD IS CONSIDERED CHILD ABUSE BY THE STATE OF TEXAS. I withdrew her that same day. She never went back there again. When I went to pick her things up I talked to Mrs. Silvia, the director, and she seemed very surprised and upset also. She might not have know about it but still, she didn't bother to let me know why or what happened. In my eyes that just makes them look guiltier. No one called to apologize, explain, nothing. I paid them to starve my child. Thank God she was there a few weeks only. In addition to that her clothes were always dirty and her diaper always had leftover poop since they didn't wipe her correctly. The teachers look dirty and overall it seems a little guetto. I had thought that since it was in Sugarland it couldn't be bad but, I was very wrong. I gave them a chance to contact me and got no response from anyone ever. I waited a week to hear from them before filing with the state. I contacted the state at 713-940-5200 and filed a child abuse report with Ashley. You are welcome to check on it. I will update this review when the state report is finalized. Also, I'm including a picture of her daily report so you can see it for yourself. The part that is written in pencil in Mrs. Silvia's handwriting after I spoke with her. She didn't deny anything. Please look at my other reviews, I'm a local in Sugarland and often review in Google. I don't write meritless reviews. If you care about your child do not leave them here. I know I live mine. I'm also including my personal email if anyone has any questions and to prove I'm real. If you are even thinking of taking your child here contact me at [email protected]. I can tell you about my experience. This place should be shut down. PS In her current daycare, she is eating 3 jars of baby food and 3 bottles of formula A DAY. I don't know how they have good reviews but my guess is the parents never found out.
