I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has been enrolled into This daycare for almost 2 years now. From the start of her being here she has been racially profiled. There is a child there by the name of Noah who beat slapped kicked and cut my child on the face no reprimands were made. There is a child that was 10 years old pushing my daughter to the ground who is 4 years old and nobody seen it except for the people that live there. As I was walking up a resident let me know that there are kids playing with no supervision and keep bullying a little girl; when I asked what little girl the resident pointed at my daughter. Obviously as a high strong parent I was very upset. This past week I have been gathering information as I knew I needed to move my daughter to a school that has cameras. I was told by other parents that there was a disabled teacher in the baby class that was disciplining them by hitting them. None of the parents were contacted the lady was just fired. Now this morning after almost 2 years of my daughter being there and bringing her a school lunch as she has told me that she doesn’t like the school food (which I think is closer to jail food ) so for the past 2 years I been dropping her off with a school lunch. All of a sudden today I was told she can not bring school lunch as “they don’t accept outside food” then I was told I can bring in a doctors note by the teacher. I ask Chris who is the manager of the center, he directly said “No, she has to eat the lunch” when I asked once I get the doctors note I can go ahead and bring her a lunch. He said “No need for the doctors note you can just take her out of the school” at this point I’m very frustrated and irritated more so for my daughter as she’s made a couple connections there with the kids and also her teacher Mrs.Sandra (who is a great teacher and should be taking her talents elsewhere). I’ve now understood that his “expulsion policy” only goes for People of color. He will do anything say angry thing to a Black person and degrade them but when it actually comes to others he cares. My daughter shouldn’t have to starve because she doesnt like specific food. The food I was packing was a lunchable, with yogurt, and assorted fruits. As I’m looking in the handbook there is no “demands” but the word “preference” under there. Other kids bring school lunch but why is my being singled out ? All I can see that is the difference is her skin color as well as mine. I wanted to forewarn everybody on this school. This is my review that I’m also taking to 9news and other places. Daycares and schools like this should now that the people bringing in the child has the power not them and kids should be treated as equals not being indirectly taught racism!
