On the same date, staff members failed to supervise children adequately on the playground and failed to move around and interact with the children. During a visit on May 11, 2023, I observed a child from the classroom for one- and two-year-old children walk outside the facility without staff knowledge. In addition, I observed a child from the same class, while coming in from outside, went into the kitchen and touched the outside of the stove saying 'hot', before a staff member intervened. | |||
