I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The teachers are kind, caring and patience when teaching the children lessons in learning basic preschool material and socialization skills they need for entering life. They also take time with parents if a child has a problem that a parent has, teaching them how they may handle the problem differently. Wish all my child had teachers like CRC has on staff. The office personal are great also.

Welcome to the website for the Cosumnes River College Child Development Center. We hope the information here is helpful to you as you consider placing your child in an early care and education environment while you attend classes or work. The teachers at the CDC are prepared to offer an academic experience for your child in an environment that supports learning through play with a wide variety of experiences.

The CRC Child Development Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and serves two main functions. First, we provide early care and development experiences for children ages 2.5 years through 10 years while their parents are attending classes or working. And secondly, we support the Early Childhood Education students as they prepare for careers in the Early Care and Education field. The students fulfill requirements for their practicum courses by spending time working alongside the CDC Teachers as they implement ECE Principles and Practices in the children's classrooms.

We are open during the regular academic calendar year Monday-Friday 7:15am-5:00pm and observe the same holidays as the college. Please visit the other pages on this site for more information and stop by to schedule a tour of the facility or to pick up an application for your child to attend.
