Plan: On the intial complaint visit, staff put cable cord holders on the wall to provide a track on the wall that the cord is ran thru . Ensuring the cord can never be within reach of a child.
Description: Personnel (SERIOUS) - Personnel did not demonstrate prudent and responsible behavior by having a bottle warmer cord accessible to a child who pulled the cord and hot water burned the child's arm.

Description: Hazards (SERIOUS) - A bottle warmer's cord, that was filled with hot water, was accessible to infants causing a burn to an child's arm when the cord was pulled and hot water spilled onto an child.
