I have used this provider since August 2019 and have had no problem. She is kind to my son, my son comes home happy and he's never been hurt while in her care. She is flexible as long as there is open communication. I highly suggest using her.
Probably the most problematic provider I’ve ever had. I told her a temporary day labor job I had and we agreed I’d drop her off early in the morning and pick her up later in the evening. She called me twice about 4:15pm when getting off work talking about “she should’ve done been picked up already!!” Also she’s petty. All, the, time. You’ve been warned.
My child hasn't gone there in over a year but the experience was not good. To top it off, this is the second year I've had to mail in my taxes because she refuses to provide an EIN. Both years she will answer my call once, say it's on the way our she'll have it by a certain day, and one she knows my number won't answer again. Quite frustrating!
