Description: The Concord University Research and Development Corporation was established in 1999 to serve as the fiscal agent of the University to allow greater flexibility in managing federal, state, and private foundation grant funds and to facilitate utilization of grant funds in contracting for research support, creative activities, and community outreach efforts. The Corporation falls under the auspices of the Concord University Office of Sponsored Programs and the Board of the Corporation consists of faculty, staff and administrators, as appointed by the President of Concord University.
