I Felt like I got bullied by the owner bc i was asked to not tell the director or owner of another center they were going to hire me. I also needed to find one closer to my house,  I tried to confront the owner and i felt attacked when i was in the process of telling the new boss this wasn’t right. I felt like i had no time too figure this out. This makes people want to leave the field when they just want to help the kids. I have my old school job and i was felt to feel i was incapable by them. I think their business plan needs work. I think it is a good concept but i never knew $ was involved if i had until then i would have been open. I felt threatened by another director i guess she was probably upset people are leaving bc another lady told me the same thing. I just wanted to learn more about ece. It was just not the best situation to find myself in. I will find a center after 27j and work for my church prek.

In the beginning, working with this company was pleasant. Up until Lexi, the ‘scheduler’, started scheduling me 15+ miles away from my home, with no room to even discuss compensation. Lexi, also my ‘boss’ texted me, “please stop texting me.” Unfortunately, when I went to Michelle with this manner, she was immediately dismissive and called me “unprofessional”. If this wasn’t my breaking point, I got exposed to COVID at one of their client centers, and was expected to work at a different school the next day. They treat their employees with little to no respect. Save yourself and just work with a center directly.
