I'm unable to fit the whole story in this small box. Our son was in their care for three days and was the only baby in the infant room at the time. He was fed incorrectly, he has a breathing condition, and is now on a daily nebulizer as a result of their neglect. The teacher admitted to me that she fed our son wrong. When my husband and I met with the director, owner and two teachers they said I misunderstood what the teacher said and spoke for the teacher when I tried to ask her why she lied to me. They also went 5 hours without feeding our son on one of the three days he was in their care and they let us know they did nothing wrong despite him only being 3.5 months old. They said he was napping and that is why he was not fed. I have filed complaints against CCA and the TN State Licensing contact asked that I post a review to let parents know what happened to our son since their records are not always available to the public. The center director said she would call DHS to let them know what happened to our son but after waiting a week and calling they had no record of any complaints being filed. CCA did refund our money but I have had to quit my job to stay at home with our son.
