Im not sure how they were previously operating, but my 14 month old child comes home dirty, clothing items missing and he has been bitten by a child 6 consecutive times in a 2 week span that I have been made aware of. No disciplinary action has been taken and I'm forced to believe staffing is inadequate for this to be taking place repeatedly. No supervisor or director are talking about it or trying to prevent this from occurring. We are forced to pull him out of this facility. As a parent, this is disheartening and unacceptable. Ive given them multiple chances to fix the issue & they just assume that its not a problem that a child is bitting through another child’s skin.
