| Findings: The center is not maintaining daily records of the liquids and solid food consumed each day by each infant/toddler. The center had forms for some days but the teacher said that they had run out of forms. During the inspection she found some blank forms and started a form for each child. The teacher was informed that this is required and she assured she will be sure to complete one for each child each day and communicate this to the other teachers. | |||

| Findings: A complaint was received that alleged that the room (kitchen) on the left has the exit blocked by miscellaneous items including a stroller. It also alleged that in the infant room there is an electrical outlet that does not have a plate cover and the sockets are not capped. The room that the complainant is referring to with the blocked exit is not an approved space on the license. The center has 2 other exits that may be used, the front door and the back door. The back door was observed to have 2 vacuums and a basket weave bin that was in front of it , however, those items were moved during the inspection. The exterior wall to the infant room (D) is made out of concrete block, therefore, there is no drywall so the outlets are not encased within the wall. The wires are incased and the outlet is self enclosed in an electrical box. The one outlet on the right side of the wall was not capped, in addition, there was a power strip that had one outlet that was not capped. These were all capped during the inspection. | |||
