I highly recommended this place, the staff is great, they are nice and warm like family, the place is clean and safety for your kids, I chose this place for my first girl, it was a great experience, I came back after 11 years with my middle child and now the little one is enjoying and making beautiful memories there.
The Director Susan Cohen and her teachers say they are there for the children but this couldn't be further from the truth. If your child isn't perfectly behaved they will be sent home-even if they have just been dropped off, and include a complaint that they have been poorly behaved all day. They will try every trick in the book to convince you that something is wrong with your child even if the problem(s) arise from their poor classroom control. Parents this school is not looking to develop your child, they want good little robots who they can bully around. If your child doesn't fall in line they say they will put them on a "behavior plan"-what they really do is send your child home enough to defeat the whole purpose of school. They expect children to immediately change their behaviors and we all know grown adults cannot do that, how can we expect that of children?
The Director Susan Cohen is very rude. She says she can not hear well but she uses that as an excuse. She screams at her parents in the parking lot. I have heard her scream at her teachers like they were children and if they were beneath her. She should be removed as a director of that campus. In the past couple of months their has been a turn around of teachers. I think the city needs to check why their is a turn around of teachers leaving. The teachers are great but the director and front office staff should look into their customer service skills.
