Circle Of Friends Child Care Center

Hello, after previewing the childcare center for approximately a week. I experienced the upmost worst type of care you could possibly imagine for a infant. I left my son who is 7 months in the hands of JAS who I trusted with everything. I have addressed my concerns and how I feared leaving my son with anyone. I questioned whether or not I was making the right decision and she assured me that she has been doing this for years not to worry. I called her on my breaks. She sent me videos. I was relieved and happy my son was doing well in the center while I worked. It was good intil it wasent in the short amount of time from 06/01/2021 to 06/02/2021. When I picked up my son and took him home. I check his diaper and he starts screaming crying and was extremely fussy and irritable. To the point to where I couldn’t even wipe him. My son was I’m so much discomfort and pain. As a mother I was unaware that my son had a massive amount of poop in his diaper !!to the point where I had to completely wash him down from head to toe.. I immediately call the owner jas and let her know. She says to me that maybe he pooped after they changed him etc all these excuses.. trying to justify the Unproper cleaning he received. I explain to her how I clean him and she says ok I’ll let the teacher now. Okay so I was still bothered but thought she understood. Ok so second day I pick up my son check his diaper and at home again he was more poop I’m his bottom!! Two days in a row my little boy wasn’t cleaned right at this daycare. Now his. Butt is irritated and red and he has a severe infection ! And rash because of this.. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone who has a infant !! They don’t care of listen to you. She insteads tell me that I don’t know how to care for my son and it’s on me. The most unprofessional, unuturing care I ever received. I am saddened my little boy had to go through this. Never again now I’m home looking for a safe care ! Please protect your babies and check your kids! Remember moms and fathers we are they’re voice !! They can not speak to us. Please listen and take precaution.
