Our HISTORY
Since 1965 HCS Head Start Inc. has been providing high-quality early childhood education services for children and families in cities and towns located in Western Massachusetts, including Holyoke, Chicopee, Springfield, Ludlow, Palmer, and Granby. Head Start provides a solid foundation for children to gain necessary skills to enter kindergarten and to be successful in life. I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Honestly I'd take that one star away if I could. I cant remember the last time my child had a full day at school. The teachers are ignorant. He'll be perfectly well and the teacher will say he has a runny nose and needs to be brought home. Or the fact that I have doctors notes and orders saying hes to return to school but the teachers think they know better than a doctor. I will never deal with this trashy school again with protocol that does not make sense. This has been going on long before covid too. This place disgusts me. I will continue to make reviews until this school is backed with better protocols. I refuse to take my child to this school, go to work and every day 20 minutes later get a call to state to you want my child in school due to allergies. My friends and family will not be sending there children to this school.
