We are a family owned, faith based child care facility located in Westminster, MD. We offer a large playground, qualified staff and a fun environment.

|Findings: No Noncompliances Found|
|Findings: A fifteen month old child was not given her bottles as instructed on the written feeding schedule. The teacher who was in charge of the room at the time is no longer employed by the center.|
|Findings: Observed in the fellowship hall that knives, glass vases and glass dishes, and small pieces of jewelry such as earrings and pins, are out on open tables that children can access as they go to the playground, bathroom or to leave the building. Director states the children were supervised during all times when using the fellowship hall.|
|Findings: In Room 3 there were 3 toddlers and 3 two year olds with one staff member. Two staff members must be present at all times. The teacher left room and returned within several minutes after returning ice cream to the kitchen.|
|Findings: There were 6 infants alone with an Aide. The teacher left the room to answer the doorbell to let the LS in. There must be two staff members present at all time.|
|Findings: Observed an Aide alone in the Infant 2 classroom. The teacher left the room briefly to answer the door. Infant Room 1 had two staff members but neither is Infant/Toddler qualified. The Director stated that one is substituting for an employee that quit yesterday.|
|Findings: An Aide was alone in Infant Room 2 with six infants while the teacher left to open the door. In Room 3, a teacher was alone with 6 children, three of whom are toddlers while the aide went to the freezer.|
|Findings: The fellowship hall, which is the school age room, has been set up for a yard sale. There are multiple people, approximately 8 people, from the church setting up for the yard sale. No children were present in the Hall at the time of the inspection but would need to have access when entering and exiting the program.|
|Findings: In Room 4, a bag of trash was observed sitting on the floor outside of its container.|
|Findings: Observed water damage in the ceiling of Room 3 and 4 and in the Director's office. Correct by Oct 16, 2019.|
|Findings: Observed 7 infants with an Aide. This exceeds both staff/child ratio and group size for infants. Correct immediately, 9/19/19.|
|Findings: Observed an Aide alone in Room 2 with 7 infants. Observed two Aides with the infants in Room 1. None of these employees are qualified Infant/Toddler teachers. Correct immediately 9/19/19.|
|Findings: Observed 7 infants in Room 2. This exceeds the capacity of that room. Correct immediately, 9/19/19.|
|Findings: Observed an Aide alone in Room 2 with 7 infants. This exceeds staff/child ratio and group size, meaning adequate supervision is not being met. Also observed Room 1 had two Aides with 5 infants. These are not Infant/Toddler qualified staff and are not approved to supervise a group of children.|
