BEWARE!!! Of Choo Choo Xpress..if you want to deal with horrible customer service and lack of communication, boo boo reports left and right, your kid coming home in a bad mood, thirsty and hungry. Also coming home with bite marks, scratches, bruises, face being dirty. Then this place is for you but if you have standards like I do and have high expectations on how your child should be treated then this place isn't for you.. This place has been reported!!
Awesome!!!! My son well taken care of and the teachers and owners are very professional and respectful. My child loves it there.
BEWARE of the Choochoo Xpress on 1103 in Cibolo - Toddlers/Babies are not well monitored. My child has come home twice with bitemarks on her arm and twice with scratches all over her face within the last month - and now they don't even want to write a report anymore and just say "oh we didn't see how and if that happened here, she could have come with those from home"! The Center has been reported.
