Jumpstart Childcare

This daycare is straight trash. The so called owners is compulsive liar and horrible person that honestly doesn’t need to be around kids. She has a violent history and several shady dealings around town. God bless those poor kids.

Originally upon arriving and tour. I absolutely loved the center, the teachers, the culture of the center. The owner seems nice at first but has a very rude dark side. She told me my kids were never allowed back at her center because I (the mom) considered a different center when I was unsure rather jumpstart could take my kids to school. We Are banned from ever enrolling again. Also I bought a concern to her attention about a school age and my daughter. She told me i needed to not bring to her but bring it to the teacher.
Is it not ok to seek support from management?

Very crowded and mice found in the place the owner is very rude and a lie She had people working for her that are family She didn,the report abuse she just play it ofShe doesnt give break or lunch after 6 hours of work.and inside of ref ice is so thick it just horrible

I gave it a three because while the staff is excellent, the individual who runs it is extremely rude and difficult. I overlooked the fact that my one year old was regularly filthy when I picked him up because he's one, children get dirty. I overlooked that the owner consistently gave me a hard time and would turn us away every. single. time. there SEEMED to be something wrong with my children and would request a doctors note constantly, yet my children continued to get sick just by being at their facility. I even overlooked the occasions that she would attempt to speak to me like a child about how my one year old needed diapers (they simply weren't looking in the right place. Repeatedly. I still found some strangers diapers on my son regularly and they would put clothes on him that weren't his because they somehow couldn't manage to find the TWO spare outfits I kept there for him.) because the rate was very reasonable, mostly. However, when I called to let her know my children would not be returning due to the fact that I couldn't afford to pay them $175 for literally TWO HOURS of care, she hung up on me. I tried to give her a chance to act professional by calling back and assuming that we had been disconnected, she interrupted my offer to finish payments and launched into a spiel about small claims court.
