The staff at Childtime Lathrup Village are an wonderful and caring group of women. They work hard to overcome problems in the work place among themselves as well as giving the utmost attention to the children in their care. The down fall of this company is the salary does not match the work expected or stay competitive to keep their best teachers and support staff from leaving the company. The constant turn is not good for the children, parents and employees in terms of keeping a smooth operation in this company. I know that all of the staff love the children and parents that employed this center and work hard to keep the children well cared for everyday. I would give my co-workers a 5 star rating any day of the week.
