Description: Children's World Learning Center is an exclusive educational program that is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. There's a unique curriculum for every age level, centered around developmentally appropriate and fun activities that help children develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. The center provides care to employer families only from infancy to kindergarten. The center staff are very proud of the fact that they earned a 100% on our last inspections from the Maryland Office of Childcare and the Department of Defense.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

The center is in a prime location, but they know this and take advantage of the personnel in the area and the lack of childcare availability. At 8 WEEKS pregnant I deposited $50 to be put on the waitlist, the center told me they would contact in the near future with availability. They never did, at six months pregnant I called and left multiple messages to find out where I was on the waitlist. I had to personally go into the center to get someone to talk to me, they still could not tell me the estimated wait time or where I was on the waitlist. I finally received a call back to be told it was an 18-24 MONTH wait. When my child was born (8 MONTHS) after I was placed on the waitlist, I called again and was still told 24 MORE MONTHS. I decided to leave my child's name on the waitlist. TWO YEARS later I received an email from the childcare provider stating they were cleaning up their waitlist and if I did not respond they would simply take me off. I responded and told them I had since moved and requested my deposit back. The response was it was nonrefundable... how is it that I was not told when I dropped off the $50 deposit I would NEVER get in, that my child would be AT LEAST two years old before she is considered for the infant slot? While it "may only be $50" how many other families has this center done this to?
