My son was referred for physical therapy. After 6 weeks of paperwork and phone calls not being returned. I decided to ask for a supervisor.. They said they had changes in command and apologized... Well 4 MONTHS after that I was called to set up services...I found a much more organized facility.. Will never go there again... Nor will I refer ANYONE!
