About the Provider
The Children's Discovery Center, which has been a premiere Montessori School in Irving for over 33 years. This creative learning school is for 3 year olds, Pre-K and Kindergarten students. The Children's Discover Center (CDC) of First Baptist Irving provides individualized learning where the child is the center of the environment as he or she makes choices, sets the pace and discovers the joy of achievement in a highly challenging academic atmosphere.
A variety of special events will provide opportunities for students with varied talents and interests. We promote family participation and welcome your assistance. Yearly traditional events include such activities as Family Field trips, One Mile Fun Run, Thanksgiving or Christmas musicals, Class Holiday parties, Spring Musical, Mother's Breakfast, Open House, Fun Fair, and much more.
