Childrens Day Out

Terrible and extremelly unsafe environment For a Baby. My son is 14 months. My understanding was that 0-18 months are suppoded to be in the toodler room. My son and other little ones got moved from that room to the " green room" due to staffing issues and not enough little ones and were put with the 2 1/2 yr olds. I was extremelly unconfortable , i brought it up to their attn and was conforted with lies. There is a lot of miscommunication between staff and i noticed staff texting instead of watching the little ones. My concerns were heard but nothing was done. Lots of unsafe toys innapropriate For children under 3yrs old, the place was kept dirty. One day I came in while everybody in the green room was outside I decided to watch them thru the window, 3 staff sitting on a table chatting and having fun while the little ones are bring unsupervised. I watched and after seen my 14 month old wander around alone eating whatever he could find I went around to find him on the ground full of ants. I had to miss work due to this issue. Extremely unsafe place
