The room with toddlers up to 2 years old was wonderful. The room with 2 year olds to 2 1/2 was ridiculous. Understaffed was a trend there rather than a rare occurrence. Not notified timely and sometimes not at all until my child told me about incidents at which time when I would follow up then the staff would provide an incident report. Most staff in the rooms were friendly and seemed attentive with the exception of a few. However the management was a complete joke who failed to follow through with actions, complaints or help their staff when they were short. Not impressed overall which was unfortunate because there were a few teachers there that were wonderful.
