Correction Required: A statement will be prepared by the operator stating that the facility will not take children swimming without prior approval from the Western Regional Office of Child Development and Early Learning. This statement will be added to the facility's enrollment packet and will be signed by all current and newly enrolled children, as well as, all current and newly enrolled staff to document their review of this statement.
