Plan: Teachers will routinely walk the classroom and between projects they will walk through the room. A member of the administration team will walk through the school-age classroom every 3o minutes to check in on the class. Teachers will partake in in-class training with administration on supervision and conflict resolution. On May 14, 2026, we will be holding a meeting to go over teachers expectations, following DHS regulations, and future training procedures, such as in-class training with administrators. |

Parents will be called and notified of any injury to the head, at the time of injury. The director will discuss with personnel how to ensure that all incident and injury reports are completed correctly. In the future, parents will be notified as required. |
