Plan: The involved teacher was terminated. The program also has a policy in place that children are to be picked up under both armpits. The program plans to have assistant director and team lead walk the floor every hour and watch for any wrong handling of children and direct staff accordingly. The program will also at the beginning of each staff meeting their safety captain will go over proper handling of children. |
