| Children were not adequately supervised at all times. On 3/21/25 children in classroom S 102 took a walk around the courtyard to give the children a brain break and pick some flowers. As they were returning into the building at 11:15am three (3) children were out of sight as teachers entered the building. Based on the information provided one (1) teacher entered the building ahead of the class while the other teacher held the door for children to enter. The three (3) students did not enter the building with their class and were left outside in the courtyard area for about two to three minutes. | |||
