I have used this provider for more than 6 months
This place is disgusting Mrs.Hope literally hires anyone off the street shes fraudulant and dishonest the children are not treated as equal it's over crowded and highly unsanitary.
Children's diapers don't get changed and they are infested with bed bugs my child has been sent home three different occasions with bugs on her and I haven't seen any since she hasn't been back
I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
I toured this facility last week in search for childcare for my grandson. Classrooms made of office cubicles, overcrowding, bleach mop bucket and bleach container left unattended and out in the open and general untidiness had me appalled. We have come to refer to this place as the baby warehouse as it is actually housed in a warehouse. Yet it is the only daycare in the city. This is so sad.
I could not adequately describe to you how wonderful, kind, honest, caring, trustworthy, loving, accomodating & professional Miss Hope, G'Ma T.T. and all of her angels were to my son & my greuling work schedule. God bless you all! Miss you tons!
