I am an employee

I worked at this daycare under Pam foster who was negligent of her responsibilities as a director. She allowed a worker to do fentanyl and meth around the children. I personally reported the worker and nothing was done and the worker continued to do drugs in the room with infants. and Pam knew and lied about it and didn’t tell any of the parents. The staff informed her about the workers drug use in the room with children and Pam covered for the worker and said the staff didn’t see what they saw. And also said the staff was lying. I reached out to everyone I could. Ranging from state to her “best friend”/boss Katie. and nothing was done about Pam’s role in the daycare because they are good friends. She cares nothing about the daycare and nothing about your children that you’re sending there. She deserves jail for putting peoples children in danger. Those children were around fentanyl and meth smoke and they could have died. She shown no concern what so ever and just about covering her own butt! She just sits in her office all day and does nothing to help her staff who are in classrooms all day with up to 6 children. Pam just sits in her office and looks at her computer. And anytime she has to deal with peoples children she has a very poor attitude and would walk around slamming doors and slamming things in general because she would be angry that she actually had to deal with children. I worked there for a year and some change and decided to quit due to the way Pam talked to me and treated me and other staff and also you alls children. Not only I have quit because of Pam. There has been a lot of staff that worked at chambliss under Pam who quit because of her inability to actually help and the way she treats people. If you’re thinking about sending your child to this daycare I would pick somewhere else. ( this is coming from someone who worked there as a teacher). The daycare needs to be shut down. She tries to punish the children by yelling at them or grabbing their arms . Shes not fit to work in a daycare or be a director and she has everyone fooled. She acts like she’s this good sweet Christian lady who loves your children so much. But she can’t stand doing her job and actually watching them. People are very good at throwing rocks and hiding their hands. If I could rate this daycare no stars I would. Please send your children anywhere else. This place is bound to go downhill very soon.
