I am an employee

I would like to respond to the post from HMS1027 who is also Lee Nelson. Your children were two of the sweetest students to date. They both advance rather rapidly academically. The issue was when the teacher begin to voice the level of intense pressure you were putting on an 18 month old to get potty trained. We have successfully aided in many potty training journeys, however we will not place a child on the toilet every ten minutes based on a "potty training watch" preset to ding ding. This is very stressful for an 18 month old and so disruptive to a classroom. I did not support the watch usage as Head of School or as a mother/grandmother. You reported me to child care licensing thus launching an all out investigation. We were investigated and I stood my ground with regards to this false claim of our school not willing to potty train. We were completely
cleared of any/all wrong doing.

In response to Mamamia who is also Organic L. who is also Sylvia Diaz who is also Sylvia Gonzalez of KATY, Tx. You have carved out time over a span of three years to abuse the freedom of speech right. You have given it you all to try and destroy my personal reputation and to hinder my small business. I did things to help you as a single mom that I had never done prior with any parent of this preschool and that I have not done since. Your child was so close to me that you opt. to make my husband and I one of your personal emergency people in your child's file. I am physically ill each time you repost such horrid words about me and the practices of my preschool. I want you to know after three years I feel sad for you are still so focused on destroying me. I will continue to pray for your peace. I do ask that you prayfully consider leaving me alone.

Had an appointment and waited for Angeline for 30 minutes with my 3-year old in tow. We were ignored the entire time! From the moment we walked in, she acted like a snob. I attempted to sign in on the visitors sheet (Sign says "Visitors must sign in") she scowled when I did what sign said. Never mind we made an appointment ahead of time. Never mind her friendly voice on the phone. In person, she made the worst impression. No way I would enroll my child at Centerra Ranch Montessori.
And from other reviews, it sounds like she's not just rude but also untrustworthy.

Worst experience here at CRMS. The problem lies directly with the owner and how this place is run. Complete disregard for humanity and culture. We were treated poorly and my child was humiliated in front if his class for speaking Spanish. My child speaks few words in Spanish and for some reason he decided to speak Spanish this particular day. The teacher confronted me in front of my son and the entire class about it as if he were out of line. The owner on a different occasion suspended my son for four days along with another girl for LAUGHING. I'm speaking about two 4 year olds in a class of six children with one teacher and one assistant. This was a poor excuse to get a day off paid by the parents! What teacher cannot control two laughing 4 year olds nonetheless, when did laughing in a daycare become an offensive action?! The end the owner humiliated me as a mother, she wasn't honest about a pta contract she wanted me to sign and waited until one month after I had been volunteering my time to ask me to sign a contract stating I could not and would not participate in anything related to children now or in the future. She knew I have family in the tutoring business and when I said I couldn't sign such a thing, she accused falsely of being her competitor and spoke down to me and my significant other inclusivly she also threatened us. The owner also sent out an email to other parents - out of vengeance she accused and humiliated me . As you can imagine, I ceased all participation with the school immediately on my own judgment that person with this personality and demeanor cannot be trusted. Honestly, its a wonder how she is she has done as much damage to others to date? Including expelling other children without feasible issues. I wish them luck, but with my 15 years of one on one customer service, this is by far the worst, WORST- business and "type of people" I have EVER dealt with.

This school is awesome. They treat each child as an individual and help them to grow. Ms. Angeline is a very caring person. Organic cleaners are used. Organic foods are served. Excellent care. DFPS website shows excellent compliance history.

Poor Experience. Owner/Admin is very difficult to deal with. Refused to assist with potty training. One potty for 2 classrooms of toddlers. Switched 2 1/2 yr olds classroom to a lower level after 6 months of glowing progress reports without notifying us or getting our permission as the parents. Days after the change had begun, we received an email stating that our child was moved. We asked to discuss the matter as we were very unhappy with what was going on and were refused a meeting. We were told, "The decision has been made. No further discussion will take place." We were also lied to by the teacher when we asked if there was anything at school that may have been affecting our child's radical behavioral shift. We were told "No." By the teacher when she was immediately being put into another class upon our leaving. We lost trust and respect for them. Therefore we removed both our children immediately from the school. I would not recommend this school.
