one outdoor piece of equipment- little tykes jungle gym/ crawl through is cracked and broken. There a cracks and sharp edges exposed and could cause injury to a child. Little is e Tykes car broken and screws were exposed along with sharp edges. Bicycle seat was torn and porous seat padding completely exposed and is the surface of the seat. |
