Findings: Health & Safety Concerns. There were concerns that a child is acting very aggressive at daycare and posing a health & safety concern for staff and children enrolled at the facility. During the investigation, the health department determined the child in the report has been showing aggressive behaviors as mentioned in the incident. There were no other concerns noted by the health district. Resolution: The facility has brought in a mental health professional and asked the school district for more aggressive behavior resources. The health department determined this facility to have already taken all the necessary steps to protect the health & safety of all children at the facility and are actively looking for ways to support this one particular child.
