The school is good for children. The teachers make sure that the kids get extra help when needed. they have tutoring sessions during and after school to make sure they are kept abreast. The only two problems I have had with them is that when i go to pick up MY child I don't feel like i should be questioned.
When i went to pick up my oldest of three kids someone answered and told me that my child couldnt be let go from tutoring 5 minutes early. i told her that my other children needed to use a restroom. She said no one was around to walk us. I told her i need my child or the the two i had needed to use the bathroom. I guess she couldn't comprehend this because she said she was going to see if somebody could walk us and she never came back!
this school really isn't considerate of the fact that parents have more than 1 child and not all go to their school. Any other Pennsauken school marks the kids late after 9:05. This school insists that instruction should start at 9:05 so you are late after 9:00am. If you are late 4 minutes late picking up your child from school, they threaten to call the police. Then they feel that everyone should let their children walk home. With society the way it is and the number of registered sex offenders on the rise they should not recommend this to anyone in such a cold hearted and condescending manner.
