They don't serve breakfast. The feed the kids noodles as a meal. They do not cook full meals for the kids. The staff put thir hands on the kids and kids. My daughter sits in a swing most of th day no tummy time. I know this because the back of my child head is always matted as if she is sitting in a bouncy chair or swing all day. I have 3 kids that attend due to it being close to my job. The staff hits on kids and yell at them. My child has complained Ed of being hungry and wanting to eat at home before getting dropped off because he has to wait til lunch to eat and don't like eating noodles so will refuse to eat and go hungry. The owner is never there and when you report it to her thru phone nothing changes. They violate hippa and talk about other parents and kids. This place use to be ok but is getting worse. You can't even view them on camera cause they don't give you access to the camera to see live feed of the daycare. They don't even let you view where your child class is not even before covid. They don't cook food. When you ask your child what they eat they say noodles or so e type of microwaveable food. How does a daycare don't serve breakfast or cook meals for the kids. I hear they have been inspected but keep flying under the radar. I will be reaching out to y lawyer to see about getting a deeper investigation started.
I would never recommend this school to anyone. My son picked up so many bad behaviors and language. They don’t teach anything but they always got their hand out for parent participation with class snacks and teacher appreciation days. The teachers get smart with you, they are not professional. I’m pretty sure they are not certified, half of them don’t even even talk in complete in sentences. THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL WITH TEACHERS, IT’S A BUILDING WITH BABYSITTERS. MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR LAST OPTION
Carousel Kids is the exact example of ghetto teaching. Kids aren’t learning the proper materials needed. Which is being taught by “teachers” who aren’t certified! Kids aren’t being fed adequate meals. Then you have the owner who knows someone working downtown, which gives her the ability to always be one up on complaints/investigations. You have teachers who curse at kids && not give them the proper love && care they need. My kids have been attending for over a year due to convenience But enough is enough
