I can tell you that while the children are well cared for several of the women working there are not CPR certified as they should be. Debbie, the director, is hardly ever there and when she is at the daycare she cusses and makes crude remarks. Debbie can't seem to get along with anyone since there are always new employees working there. She will also ignore the guidelines and regulations set for every daycare center. So many employees come and go through there you really can't be sure who is watching your kids and she hires people on the spot without always checking references. Basically she is a nightmare to work with, not all the employees can be trusted, and safety isn't a big priority for the employees. Just a warning for any one considering Carousel Daycare and preschool at 4001 South 17th St. in Lincoln.
