Description: As Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus, of the Central Province, and under the special Patronage of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, we are united with bonds of filial love and obedience to our Holy Father and our Mother General. Impelled by the love of the Triune God and in the spirit of our Foundress, Mother Mary Teresa of St. Joseph, we strive to bring the fruits of our contemplative life to the active apostolate. We dedicate ourselves as a Gospel community to work for the salvation of souls through acts of reparation, self sanctification, and service to our neighbor, especially the children and the elderly.
