Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! My child had so many injuries whole attending this daycare! When I would ask how did she get bruised on her back, nose and buttocks nobody knew what happened they always say "that didn't happen on my shift" and when I talked to Courtney she said if I wasn't comfortable with my daughter there don't bring her back!!! who would be comfortable with staff that leave children unattended? With sending 8 pampers and taking back home 6 meaning only two were used in 8 hrs!!? toddlers are sharing the same room with the babies!! children are sleeping on the floor instead of crib!! I would go to pick my children up and see the staff picking up chidren by one arm!! Rude staff and owner doesn't care!! Very nice while approving you but once your child enrolls they become every evil. They have 1 staff in the morning and after noon and 1 at night that's why my child was hurt because theirs not enough staff that's why they put all the children in one room which leads to disaster that nobody no's about cause that one person can't watch them all!!! My child was hurt multiple times and even though she's been transferred this will not be the end result. Don't send your child her cause you will see marks on them every week!!
