Since 1965 HCS Head Start Inc. has been providing high-quality early childhood education services for children and families in cities and towns located in Western Massachusetts, including Holyoke, Chicopee, Springfield, Ludlow, Palmer, and Granby. Head Start provides a solid foundation for children to gain necessary skills to enter kindergarten and to be successful in life.
