Let me preface with I never like to talk negatively or leave bad reviews about places but this is the most unorganized program I have ever had to deal with . I can not believe the amount of complaints from parents they are receiving and yet half way through the year and nothing has changed . I find it interesting they can charge as much as they do to watch my children for 30 minutes prior to school starting and then have employees show up 10 minutes or more late . I expressed many times to many employees including talking to the director as well as the main office and nothing has changed . Also good luck get any type of response to any questions. My last straw was this morning when 15 minutes past the start time all of the children and parents are standing waiting outside the doors and the principal had to come and open the doors and watch the children. The sad part in all of this is this company knows people like me, a single mom working 50+ hours a week , have no choice but to deal with this to work . I will have to change schools if this continues. For the sake of your sanity if you enroll your child at this school find a near by daycare that will bus them in if you can .
