My 9 month old started attending daycare there on 2/13/17. On the first day they changed up her feeding schedule and food type without notifying myself or the father. She came home with a diaper rash. Wednesday 2/15/17 when my baby was picked up, she was in a jumper with a red face and tears all over. Boogers all over. And several toddlers around her. You can tell that she had been crying for a while and had not been attended to. There was only 1 teacher in the room with over 5 children. When my baby got home she had 102.5 fever. This means that she started the fever at the daycare. I was never contacted about that. If they would have been paying attention to her properly they would've noticed she wasn't feeling well and they would've noticed the fever. But this couldn't happen with just 1 teacher in the room. We were also told Wednesday that there was no diaper cream in the bag. That was a lie because there was a brand new tube in her bag. When I called the director Leslie on 2/16/17 with my concerns, she seemed not too concerned and kept making excuses and justifying everything. She said she would look into it. I never received a follow up call from her. My mother in law went today 2/17/17 to take out my baby from that daycare and brought up the concerns again. Instead of acting somewhat sympathetic towards our situation or at least somewhat concerned, all of our complaints were dismissed and completely ignored. NEVER AGAIN STEPPING INTO THIS PLACE. The place looks dirty. Everyone looks depressed. There is no security at the front. Anyone can walk in there with no questions asked. My mother in law when she went to go pick up my baby was walking around for 10 minutes by herself before she finally was approached by someone to ask what she needed. THAT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
