Description: MISSION STATEMENT The mission of "Daydreams & Fun Things Child Care" is to provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment for each individual child while sharing in a fun filled learning experience. PHILOSOPHY I value children as their own unique person. I recognize that each child, although they may go through the same developmental stages, has their own style. My goal is to understand each child's temperament while fostering learning, self worth, communication, and caring for others and their views. Children gain confidence and independence with every challenging experience. They gain self worth as they make choices and accomplish tasks on their own. They learn communication and caring for others through meaningful play experiences. Each activity brings out your child's own creative style and expands their imagination. Here the universe has no limitations. "Daydream & Fun Things" will teach the children that they are in control of their behavior and who they are. For everything in life has a consequence, good or bad. My desire is that the children will enter the school system ready to make wise choices and have the ability to excel academically.
