Description: Community Action of Eastern Iowa has been providing comprehensive Head Start (HS) preschool programming for over 40 years. Currently, 23 centers are serving 553 children and their families in 4 counties (Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott). Our centers provide a variety of programming options which includes: full-day, full year, as well as, part-day, part-year preschool.
